Helen Hamlyn Centre 2010 - ongoing

Together with the Vehicle Design Department at the Royal College of Art this ongoing project funded by NHS London is a one-year development to redesign the interior of the UK standard accident and emergency ambulance.

I have been developing design solutions and working closely with paramedics, clinicians and patients as a Research Associate in the Helen Hamlyn Centre.

The project was shown as a work-in-progress exhibition during the 2010 London Design Festival. By April 2011 the project will have developed a full-size demonstrator to be evaluated by the Ambulance Trusts across the UK.
